First clean spots with a two to one vinegar and water mixture tsp or hydrogen peroxide and rinse off concrete. You can pour the bleach directly onto the concrete and use a scrub brush to clean the surface. Leave it on the stains for 2 or 3 hours. Apply the paste in a thick layer over the pet stain on your concrete and allow it to dry and harden for 24 hours. Of trisodium phosphate 1 cup of warm water and 1 cup of talcum powder. Next apply and scrub in enzymatic cleaner to remove odor. Repeat until the stain and odor are completely removed.

Dry and deodorize residual room urine smells with an ozone generator. If it wants to run downhill soak an old towel with vinegar and leave that on the stains.
